We cover a wide range of planned (or scheduled) property maintenance, from testing to repairing failed appliances we cover every aspect of the job. Below are just some examples of what we do.

Gutter Clearance
A blocked gutter can cause thousands of pounds of damage to your property, so is an essential job to carry out. It can also be a potentially hazardous task, which is why our fully trained staff use only tested equipment to operate with and are used to working at such heights. Whether it's to clear, repair or replace the gutter you can be assured we will get the job done.

PAT Testing
Any appliance with a mains plug must be regularly tested to ensure it complies with the necessary recommendations under the Health and Safety at Work Act. We are a prefered supplier from Peverel for on-site PAT testing to the security offices and communal areas. From computers to kettles, we will ensure the correct checks are made without disrupting your day-to-day work. Repairs will then be made to any faulty appliances and we will issue full reports and test results once completed.

Insurance Work
We are able to carry out any assessments, validations or remedial work for any type of damage to your property. We will undertake all aspects of reinstatement whilst keeping in line with the terms and conditions outlined in your insurance documents.

As well as the above, we also do work on security and emergency lighting (covering all types of lighting systems), drainage works, decorating (both internally & externally) and the repair and maintenance of plant rooms. All work is carried out by qualified staff and there is full job tracking completed on all tasks.

Our operation covers Greater London, Essex, Surrey, Kent, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Bedford and Luton.

Normal working hours on-site are 08.00am - 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We provide 24 hour cover for the East London, South East & Essex areas.
